Why Should Never Use Free Articles For Blog ?

Today, I was searching for the good topic to write about and suddenly I got some links popped out of “free articles for Blog Publishers”. That made me really happy for sec, just like other common people, but when I started research about free articles, I have noticed that most of those site contained “copyright notice” at header or footer of that free article post. I saw that at the bottom of each post, there was a paragraph by author with back link to their own websites. “Free article stuff Site”.

The logic behind ‘free article’ sites is very simple. The authors, who want to build their good web profile and back links to their own sites, write articles and submit them to a ‘free article’ website. The free article website then allows any website owner to republish those articles as long as they do so with the links those are in them in act. In this way the author of the article gets links (which helps their search engine ranking), the article site also gets free links back to them and the publisher of blog using the article gets free content, in less efforts and he generated large number of posts in less time and he gets web ranking Quick and everybody win right ? But I must say that is not true. Here is the story behind my observation.

I won’t say anything about, whether the article writer wins, but as a blogger republishing free articles on your blog you are actually affecting more than good to your blog. Let me explain you something, with a really easy to understand exercise:

On searching ArticleCity.com (a very famous free article site) for ‘blogging’ to see what articles they have there an article titled “How to scan and fix Registry with Registry cleaner ?” comes up in the search results (as pictured below):

Here, I have highlighted a segment of the article and I plugged it into Google within “quotes” to see how many exact matches I could get for it (To see how many times the article has been published or copied from here!!).

Now let’s, see what Google search result says!!

Check Plagiarism

Google sees that phrase ‘about’ 40,100 times!

Here are some main reasons, that I would never recommend you to use ‘free articles’ on a blog:

  1. A secrete key behind Growing over SEO marketing of Blog is by distributing quality, useful and unique Information. : if you want to grow a blog into a profitable and good venture you need to provide your readers with useful , unique and quality information.  While posting the above article and you’re 1 of 40,100. Maybe last!!
  2. A secret key to growing blog is to connect people with personal voice and connection. : If your blog is filled with free articles you’ll end up with a collection of content that is disjointed, that doesn’t personally connect with readers and is devoid of personality. Blog readers will subscribe and become loyal to a blog when they feel a personal connection and want to track with someone over the long haul. Not when they see a disjointed collecting of articles by a different person every day.
  3. A key to ranking well in Search Engines is ‘Unique’ content – using an article that appears 40,100 times on the web almost guarantees that it’ll never be found by one of the biggest sources of traffic out there – Google. For starters you’re competing with 40,100 other versions of the same article, secondly you’re competing with the ‘free article’ sites you got the post off (remember they generate millions of links from their free articles) and on top of all that Google hates what it calls ‘duplicate content’ and works hard to not rank highly content that is republished over and over again. The article above does appear in the rankings for a search for ‘successful blogging’ in the #1 position – but the site that ranks for it is a free article sites not yours.
The long and short of it is that as a blogger you’re doing yourself and your readers a disservice by using ‘free articles’. So try to write your own articles, may be it will take some time but that will really Boom () your Search Engine Optimization rate. After reading this entire post, if you still feel like there is nothing to do with the relation between free articles and SEO, and you don’t have time to write your own content then I will suggest you to use different “Article Spinning Tools”. Google It. I hope it will help you. Happy Blogging!!
